IMPORTANT NEW PARKING INFORMATION:
We will have parking signs noting where PDX Estate Marketplace customers may NOT park on the sale days. We were given over 200 spots in this lot to utilize during our sales, but we need to keep parking available for patrons of the other businesses in this building. DBat, APEX Gym and NW Fencing Center have all worked with us on their areas and number of spaces they would need for their clients. (See picture below)
PLEASE, follow the rules. If you are able to park elsewhere and walk in, please do so. You can always drive up to the loading area to pick up purchases! Our loading area is on the backside of the building. For this reason, we have also extended our hours! We will open at 8am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday. Hoping to get the first wave through before our next door neighbor opens at 10am. Thank you in advance for helping us be good neighbors.

Holiday, MCM (truly collector pieces), West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Wagner Ware, TV's, kitchen with Le Creuset, Vitamix, vintage clothes, decor, kids department with toys and bedroom items, tons of Ethan Allen like new, and of course we carry Illume candles all year long.
You may have noticed that at the warehouse we are able to curate a very clean, well organized collection of only the best items for you to shop, in mass quantities! We want the sales to be fun for everyone, so we still have all the categories including cleaning supplies, outdoor and patio, appliances, clothing and tons of decor. If you don't see it at this sale, we will get it at some point. We are so thrilled with our space and how it feels to shop here and we hope you feel this way too.

Everything $100 and under will be half price on Sunday. We will NOT be doing bids for items over $100. Instead - any item not sold will de discounted and available at the next sale.
*no 1/2 off discounts will be given on our vendor products. That includes: W.Love Bakery, Onomomo Snack Mix, Sesame Donuts, and the Illume Candles!
Delivery Services
1-4 items $100.
5-8 items $200.
9-10 items $250.
Delivery rates above are within a 10 mile radius of our warehouse.
HOLDS
We will offer holds for small items behind the register like usual.
PLEASE DO NOT GO BEHIND THE REGISTERS TO GET YOUR HOLD. We will do that for you :)
We ask that you put things on hold ONLY IF YOU ARE COMMITTING TO BUYING THEM! (Furniture included!)
For large furniture items - please DO NOT pull the hanging tags - instead find an employee to help you (we have lots of people working)! We will place a hold tag on the large items for you! We have our own system for how we will be getting pricing and item numbers to the cashiers.
