IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:

(FYI: PDX Estate Services, in-home estate sales are ramping back up in January! Next sale January 13/14 in NE Portland)

We will have parking signs noting where PDX Estate Marketplace customers may NOT park on the sale days. We were given over 200 spots in this lot to utilize during our sales, but we need to keep parking available for patrons of the other businesses in this building. DBat, APEX Gym and NW Fencing Center have all worked with us on their areas and number of spaces they would need for their clients. (See picture below) 

PLEASE, follow the rules. If you are able to park elsewhere and walk in, please do so. You can always drive up to the loading area to pick up purchases! Our loading area is on the backside of the building. For this reason, we have also extended our hours! We will open at 10am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday.

You may have noticed that at the warehouse we are able to curate a very clean, well organized collection of only the best items for you to shop, in mass quantities! We want the sales to be fun for everyone, so we still have all the categories including cleaning supplies, outdoor and patio, appliances, clothing and tons of decor. If you don't see it at this sale, we will get it at some point. We are so thrilled with our space and how it feels to shop here and we hope you feel this way too. 

 When you shop with us, not only are you shopping in an sustainable and eco friendly way - you are also supporting a small, woman-owned, local business.
