Hello friends… here we go!!

This one is PACKED — and we mean that in the best possible way. Every corner of this home is filled with quality, beautifully cared-for items — many lightly used, some barely touched, and all thoughtfully collected over a life well lived.

We absolutely loved working in this home, surrounded by so many passions — cooking (yes, the cookbooks are incredible), crafting, quilting, screen printing, photography, art collecting, kayaking, golfing, gardening… truly something for everyone. (And yes — there’s great garden gear too, even if the rain kept it out of photos!)

The books alone are worth the visit — it was hard not to sit down and start reading- but please don’t, space is limited.
The furniture is in excellent condition (no kids, no pets) — think West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel. And the art… ohhh la la. A little Matisse moment? Don’t mind if we do.

Clothing highlights:

• Women’s: primarily size L (some M), pants size 12, shoes 7.5
  Brands include Garnet Hill, Boden, J.Crew, J.Jill, Talbots, Tommy Bahama, Everlane, Banana Republic
  ➝ Don’t miss the vintage Chimayo jacket — truly special

• Men’s: 32x32, mostly M tops
  Brands include Kühl, Tommy Bahama, Carhartt, Levi’s

And then… the everything else:
Tools, tires, storage, ladders, rock tumbling (!!), wine storage, AC units, lamps, beautiful bedding (Garnet Hill & Pottery Barn — queen), canning supplies, entertaining pieces for every season (Asian-inspired, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Hawaii, whimsical… you name it), framing materials, fabric, sewing, die-cutting, a NEW massage table, a ukulele… and honestly, so much more.

A few important notes to help things run smoothly:

• This is a smaller home, space is limited— limited entry will be in place
• No rooms available for trying on clothing
• No space to sort or create piles (especially fabric)
• Holds will be very limited
• Please only bring shoppers — extra bodies = less space for everyone… are you sensing a theme?
• Street parking only — please do NOT block driveways or mailboxes.

We’re opening early at 10AM on Saturday and will stay open past 4 if there’s still a line. We’ll move checkout as quickly as possible — promise.

It’s going to be so fun, come in good spirits, make a new friend in line. Positive people, good vibes only - it makes all the difference 😊
