A Few Kind (and Important) Requests

1. Be fair in line.
Please don’t hold spots for friends — it’s lame for those who showed up early. Coffee run? Totally fine. Just let your neighbors in line know. (Make friends in line - it’s the best). 

2. On Holds.
When we put items on hold for you, we ask that you commit to buying them. No hoarding or “just-in-case” piles — it’s lame and not fair to others who are excited to shop too.

3. Park respectfully.
Our sales draw a crowd - please don’t block driveways or cram the street.

4. Be kind.
To each other and to my staff. If you can’t — I’ll  ask you to leave. No meanies allowed.

5. Enter at your own risk.
You’re walking through a real home, with real people and lots of stuff. By entering this property you acknowledge and agree that PDX Estate Services, it’s employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while on the property.

6. And finally — don’t be shady.
If you pull something sneaky, we see you. We’ll ask you to leave, and we’ll make sure you’re not invited back.
